Fear of the unknown -Aspen

Fear, a word that we casually use various times in our day to day life but it is actually different for people in different situations and in different ways.

Fear is not always bad, it allows to prepare ourself when there is some danger. In fact, we can never truly escape fear as it is a part of the life but we can train ourselves to think of fear as a trigger for us to pay more attention and live through danger.
Fear can be of two types namely physical and mental. While physical fears can be more vivid, for example fear of an operation or a thunderstorm, mental fears come over like a bad weather and initiate feelings of terror and panic with the least known reason, often due to something unknown and hence is termed as the fear of unknown or uncertainty. Fear of the unknown occurs due to lack of information. This brings with it symptoms like rapid heartbeat, chills, sweating and trembles etc. This can further cause people to have anxiety or depression. All this can be checked by Bach flower therapy. Aspen, a flower that produces small flowers about 2 inches long. It is very fragile and will shiver in slightest of the breeze. This is really helpful if there is anxiety because if no specific reason or unknown fears.
