Proteins....!

"Poteins are really important and everyone agrees to their importance." -Most of us would have been to gym for once and so we all should know what is the most important nutrient to the body which is *drum rolls* yes you're right proteins. Out of all of them one nutrient that tops the list would be protein. As health effects of carbohydrates and fats are somewhat controversial, almost everyone accepts that proteins are important.

"Proteins and producing agents in body and are responsible for building and fuelling cells." -Proteins are actually complex molecules that are responsible for most of the work in the cell. They are important for functioning, structuring and regulating the body. Proteins bring the production of hairs to nails to muscles and even blood and bones. Including protein in the diet maximise the benefits to the body. It creates, maintains, fuels our cells and powers our bodies.

"Proteins cintrol blood sugar levels and aid in weight loss." -A good protein diet leads to various health benefits like controlling blood sugar. Eating protein in a meal stops post meal blood sugar level from spiking. Proteins also makes us feel full reducing our appetite and late night snack cravings and thus aiding in weight loss. High protein intake has also proven to boost metabolism and increase the number of calories burnt.

"Proteins are good for bones and kidneys and reduce risk of osteoporosis." -We already know how important protein is for building muscle mass and strength. Unlike the myth that states that animal protein is bad for bones, it is found that proteins help maintaining better bone mass and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Proteins help body recover from an injury. It is also wrongly believed that proteins harm kidneys which might be true for people with kidney problems but not for people with no underlying kidney problems.

Proteins also keep ageing at bay. So, high protein can benefit people but it isn't necessary for everyone unless you're trying to lose weight or gain muscle mass. So to get expert's guidance contact Ahamyo at +919560264949
