Signs that you're under-eating

"Eating healthy and eating sensibly"-One of the basic necessities of life, besides breathing, also the one that is enjoyable to most of the people is eating.

Eating is not just gulping whatever, instead people are very conscious nowadays about their health and try to eat a diet that will provide them the required nutrients. Moreover, eating habits also tell about a person's personality.

"High metabolism or eating disorders often a reason for under-eating"-Even though we see people that love eating, there are other people that under-eat intentionally often due to following diets or by wanting to be like someone else. Some people might under-eat due to an eating disorder without realising or might have a high metabolism and their eating habits are unable to meet their body's demands. "Fatigue and falling ill often- prime symptoms of under-eating"-When not sure if you're eating enough or not, look for these signs of under-eating. Most obvious of which would be fatigue, when you're unable to provide enough calories to your body then it will severely impact your energy levels. Not receiving enough nutrients will weaken the immune system and hence will make you fall sick often. "Under-eating can cause skin problems and hair loss"-Not only the above mentioned symptoms but also hair loss and skin problems occur due to low vitamin intake. Feeling cold constantly, difficulties in reproduction, constipation and impaired growth on young people are few other symptoms related to under-eating. "Under-eating problems shall not be overlooked"-Now although obesity and other conditions related to eating are increasing, under-eating problems are largely overlooked. Several risks related to under-eating like low bone strength or infertility cannot be neglected. Therefore, we should eat according to the needs of our body and not just push ourselves into following a trend and harming our body.
