Born from a Decade of Clinical Experience

AHAMYO’s journey began when Dr. Shivani Tomar founded Allevio Physio & Rehab in Gurugram; what started as a focused physiotherapy practice evolved across Delhi-NCR into a mission to deliver evidence-based, patient-first care, recognising that physical recovery is deeply connected to emotional health and nutrition, we created AHAMYO to bring physiotherapy, Bach Flower Therapy and personalised nutrition into one 360° integrated rehabilitation model; today, with eight clinics including Sohna, we remain within 10 minutes of the communities we serve and follow a strict Zero Waiting Policy to honour every patient’s time. emotional health and nutrition, so we created AHAMYO to combine physiotherapy, Bach Flower Therapy and personalised nutrition into a 360° integrated rehabilitation model.
